About Me
Ton Dang The OverAchiever Growing up, I or anyone I knew never would have thought that I would become a realtor. In fact, while catching up with an old friend from Intermediate School, he expressed "Ton, I expected you to become someone great, like the President of the United States." I was flattered by the comment, and perhaps all the recognitions and achievements gained during those adolescent years might have warranted such a compliment. But unfortunately for me, I was not born in the United States, but arrived as an immigrant as part of the "Boat People." While the presidency is left to someone more qualified, I've found my career calling in real estate, and here's how it all began. |

Coming out of Cal (UC Berkeley), I was determined to work
for myself flipping homes. However, before I could do my first flip, there
were many questions that I needed answers to. Some of these questions included:
How do I determine the right property to invest in? How much should I pay
for it? How would I obtain financing? and How much would I profit from this
purchase? Knowing the answers to these questions are a MUST for any person
interested in real estate whether it's buying or selling. From my decade
of experience, I have answered these questions and many others, time and
time again. With these answers regarding investments and a complete knowledge
of real estate, I am ready to answer these questions for you, and help you
to navigate through the current market trends in the Bay Area. |

I enjoy what I do as a Realtor. I enjoy bringing a different level of professionalism
and strategy to this industry. I enjoy making something happen for my clients,
connecting the sellers and the buyers to meet at a point of agreement so
that they can pursue their other goals through real estate. These days it
is not scholastic or athletic honors that I am building, but I'm building
trust with my clients in regards to their real estate needs. Testimonial "As a new client, I really appreciate how hard you have worked for me Ton. Even though we have not found the right fit and my price point is not very high, you have treated me like I am going to buy a multi-million dollar home. Thanks!"
