Having served many clients over the last 15 years, I’ve enjoyed the awesome opportunity of representing many through the roller coaster markets of this 21st century. Through these markets, I’ve experienced the “good times” of ever in- creasing prices resulting from multiple bids, as well as the “bad times” of de- creasing prices due to foreclosures and short sales. On top of the nature of the market, my experience has also been shaped through the unique transactions that’s been brought to my table. HOW I GOT INTO REAL ESTATE
Coming out of Cal (UC Berkeley), I was determined to work for myself flipping homes. However, before I could do my first flip, there were many questions that I needed answers to. Some of these questions included: How do I determine the right property to invest in? How much should I pay for it? How would I obtain financing? And how much would I profit from this purchase? Knowing the answers to these questions are a MUST for any person interested in real estate whether it’s buying or selling. From my decades of experience, I have answered these questions and many others, time and time again. With these answers regarding investments and an abundant knowledge of real estate, I am ready to answer these questions for you, and help you to navigate through the current market trends here in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Strategic Development: My unprecedented global marketing exposure spans from Zillow to Trulia to Realtor.com to Juwai (China). I utilize a sophisticated mix of online and offline national and international media outlets to position homes so that they receive maximum exposure to buyers currently in the market, and consumers not actively searching, but who may be interested when presented with a fine property active on the market. Furthermore, one of the unique strengths of our marketing is our on the ground outreach to international buyers in China looking to purchase in the Bay Area.
Analysis: My knowledge of the SF Peninsula and the micro-markets within it, allows me to effectively promote my listings within your community. My unique pulse on the SF Peninsula Market has delivered successful sales to the market time and time again, while minimizing the time a listing is on the market and maximizing the number of offers – often exceeding the owner’s expectations!
Negotiation: As an established and experienced real estate broker, I have successfully negotiated in the ups and downs of today’s housing market. Through the test of the most demanding market fluctuations, I have still been able to maximize my clients’ profits.
